1. Data controller

The controller of client data is the salon LANORIA Beauty Studio, ul. Grzegórzecka 74, 31-559 Kraków, NIP 675-180-80-88.

The Znalezieni.pl platform acts as a processor, processing data on the salon's behalf under a data processing agreement. Full registration details of the processor will be added once the business registration is complete.

Name, phone number, e-mail (if provided), visit history, visit notes.

3. Purpose and basis

Online booking, reminders, client profile (Hub) — performance of a service requested by the client (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the salon's legitimate interest.

7. Cookies and analytics

This salon website uses four categories of cookies.

STRICTLY NECESSARY — always on; the site does not work without them: session handling, booking form protection against bots (Cloudflare Turnstile), remembering your cookie choice.

ANALYTICS — off by default, loaded only after your consent. This covers traffic measurement (how many people visit and which treatments they view) and SESSION RECORDING via Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). Session recording captures mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the order of screens you go through — so we can see where booking becomes difficult. Form field contents, along with your name, phone number and e-mail address, are masked and do not reach the recording. We keep session recordings for 30 days; click maps and sessions marked as favourites for 9 months.

MARKETING — off by default, loaded only after your consent. The salon uses Google Tag Manager and, through it, Google analytics and advertising tools (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). These tools collect information about how you use the site — pages visited, device, approximate location from your IP address, and the fact that a booking was made together with the treatment name and price. We do not pass them your name, phone number, e-mail address or the content of your visit notes.

FUNCTIONAL — off by default, loaded only after your consent: remembering preferences, for example recently viewed treatments or your chosen specialist.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). None of these tools loads before it is given.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: we delete the cookies those tools set in the salon’s domain and reload the page. Cookies previously stored by Google in its own domains cannot be removed by us — you can remove them in your browser settings.
